Blank Forming
The initial shape is formed through hot forging or die forging processes to ensure continuous metal fibers and enhance strength.

Machining
Processes such as turning, milling, and grinding ensure dimensional accuracy across all components, with spline gear tooth profile errors ≤0.01mm.
Numerical control machine tools are widely used to improve consistency and efficiency.

Heat Treatment Strengthening
Key components such as cross shafts and spline shafts undergo tempering or high-frequency quenching treatment to achieve a tempered sorbite structure, balancing strength and toughness.

Assembly and Inspection
Perform dynamic balancing tests (G16 standard) after assembly of all components

Mainstream steel grades
45 steel: The widely used material with good comprehensive mechanical properties, suitable for medium-load applications.
40Cr/42CrMo alloy steel: After quenching and tempering treatment, it exhibits good strength and toughness, making it suitable for high-speed and heavy-load applications.
35CrMnSiA: A high-strength alloy steel designed for premium custom drive shafts, featuring good fatigue resistance.
